Tiffany has worked in the design industry within various environments which have included every step necessary to completing any given design project, including estimation, conception, design, production, implementation, pre-press and press monitoring. She has also been involved with office management, client relations and financial matters, equally important to the job of any designer or typographer. Tiffany has committed herself to doing whatever it takes to get the job done right, no matter if the task is meeting with potential clients, production for quality control, or implementing a rough concept into a final design.

In addition to Tiffany’s practical work experience she has had the opportunity to teach a variety of typography and graphic design courses, including first and second year typography, second year graphic design, introductory composition and typography courses for web and other time-based media. As well, she has had the opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day administration of a graphic design department, which involved tutoring, critiquing, course planning and project development. While most studios aren’t necessarily hiring a teacher, the skills unique to teaching have strengthened Tiffany’s communication skills on various levels.

Tiffany believes in growth through interaction with others. Her voluntary involvement with several different organizations, conferences and online forums has given her the opportunity to stay current with the constantly evolving world of typography and graphic design.
